It works like a laxative, but does not cause that terrible unpredictable stomach cramping. And it does not cause diarrhea…. It just softens your stools so that you have a normal bowel movement.. I have used other products all my life that cause cramping during the night followed by diarrhea in am. This is such a wonderful discovery!

This product works as intended. I take 6-10 tablets with a glass of water every night, and by the next more i'm having a regular bowel movement. I like the fact that it gives you a gentle, soft relief and doesn't work like a laxative which gives you a harsh bowel relief.

This works! I have used different brands, but this is the best. I have IBS-C and my doctor recommended this general medicine. The next best thing about it is it's easy to swallow and leaves no taste!! That's not true of other brands.
