I do not see anything added (salt, sugar). On the ingredient label I do not see "palm oil" either.

On the jar label it does NOT state any "palm oil". No there is no palm oil. Simply ground peanuts. No added salt or sugar.

Do you always send out peanut butter with 1 inch of oil on top??

That is very normal with natural peanut butter. My trick is to turn the container upside down for an hour or so (with the lid on). Then give it a good stir to incorporate the oils. Natural PB should not be compared to “peanut butter” spreads that are made with hydrogenated oil or palm oil and added sugars.
