The best insoles. I have flat feet/fallen arch and these have helped me to this day. I play a lot of basketball and had foot pain previous to these insoles. Now, the pain is barely there. I've been using it in all my trainers for that comfort.

not used them much for running yet just walking, i feel like I dont have flat feet when walking in them.

Trimming these to the size of my shoe was easy, however, the heel is very thick and lifted my foot to a position that was too high for my shoe (Asics GT-2000 - I had removed the existing innersole) and therefore had some rough blisters by the end of the run. I also found the arch too high for my foot.

These look like they've already been cut down, I mean seriously that's gross right? Sending me someones already used Insole? they fit in my shoe but are not comfy at all and so I'll be returning them for sure

The previous insoles were sliding up around my heel. These appear to have cured the issue and are very comfortable as well. I am running around fields and exercising, star jumps etc and they have performed very well. Expensive but not as expensive as new trail shoes!
