The taste of the cabbage was very good, however the quality of the cabbage leaves was awful! Ripped, torn and several tears in it. There were only 13 leaves in the bottle, 5 of which were totally unusable. The other 8 were still torn but I could work with them. They were very small to very large in size, so not even consistent. I could see seller went to great length to make sure glass jar did not leave, but it still seeped a little but it did not create a problem. I would not order from this seller again and I am still on the hunt for good pickled cabbage leaves.

My wife is from Croatia. She use Sauer Kraut leaves to make sarma. These leaves fell apart too easily for her liking.

I would never order these again! Every single leaf of cabbage was destroyed and full of holes; all eaten away and torn apart! Awful product with the worst of quality!

The jar was easily opened and it smelled so bad. Apparently, it was previously opened and closed again; secured with tape. I could not stand the smell and I left it on the top of the counter, my husband ate some and got violently sick and spent the night in the bathroom with terrible diarrhea.
