The phone arrived in great condition with minimal to no cosmetic flaws, and it works just like a brand-new phone. The screen is clear, touch response is smooth, and the phone runs fast with no lag. Battery life is solid and easily lasts me through the day with normal use. The camera quality is still really good, and Face ID works perfectly. It came unlocked and was super easy to set up with my carrier. For the price, this is an excellent value if you want an iPhone without paying full retail. Packaging was secure and delivery was quick. bought this as a gift. honestly could not ask for better quality. absolutely no scratches on the screen, at MOST there might be a couple very very small scratches on the edge, but they’re only noticeable if u are really looking for them. couldn’t be happier with the quality and the shipping was very fast as well. i ordered this same iphone thru another company before this one and that company randomly cancelled my order days after having marked my order as shipped RIGHT before christmas, so it means a ton that this company was efficient as well as actually honest throughout the ordering process. i know it seems like such a small thing, but that honesty/transparency makes a huge difference to me. thank u so much.

So I have gotten this cell phone as a birthday gift for my son birthday. It was his first cell phone. He was very excited now he’s very disappointed. He haven’t even had the phone for a good year yet. He only had it for a few couple months and the phone automatically stopped working and do not charge at all this is not the first time it has done this one time it turned off for a while and came back on not it’s completely off and will not come on at all…. It don’t have no damages. No scratches. No nothing,, my son took very good care of it. I contact the seller. The seller didn’t really quite help me out at all Neither did Amazon. I am very disappointed cause I saved up for this phone and it’s like my hard working money went to waste. Not to mention I’m a bit stressed out because now when my son is on his way to school or in school, he can’t contact me and I can’t contact him and he have been getting bullied in his new school a lot lately....

My son had his previous XR for 5 1/2 years and it was great up until about it a year ago the battery got very bad even the mother board went out.We weren’t able to do a backup on his old phone so we bought one from here and besides the shipping date being not accurate and coming a few days late the phone is in perfect condition.Battery health is at 81% and the phone works very good.We are satisfied with this purchase.
