Good quality supplement

You can read up on the value of making sure you have enough of this antioxidant in your daily nutrient intake, so you don't need me to rehash that. What I can say is that it's easy to swallow, Healthy Origins is a solid supplement brand, the value for the product/price point is correct, and there is no soy in this. I checked the bottle rather thoroughly and you'll notice if you do, that the first ingredient is sunflower oil. That's a "win" for this household!

Been taking one of these a day for a couple years now no side effects and I believe it helps. Keep the PSA down.

I started to take these pills yeas ago when I realized I was leaving tomato based foods out of my diet. They are very easy to swallow. I can't say that I notice health benefits as I don't see my primary care doctor often. I consider these pills as a part of my cholesterol lowering/heart care regimen (that is keeping me off of prescribed medicine.).

I am just noting a caveat. I have ordered lycopene - Lycomato before from a different website. I ordered this lycopene from Amazon bc I am familiar with Healthy Origins and saw Lycomato on the back label as the ingredient in this Amazon listing. Hwr the Healthy Origins I received has a back label that does not have Lycomato as the Lycopene source. Healthy Origins confirmed their Lycopene now is just Lycopene not Lycomato as the type.

This product helped me lowering my PSA. And the price is very reasonable. I recommend it.

Healthy Origins had to move away from Lyc-O-Mato. Still an excellent source of Lycopene. It won’t be long before other supplement suppliers containing Lyc-O-Mato will need to raise prices dramatically or find a suitable alternative. Read response from manufacture to my question about availability: “… we are no longer using Lyc-O-Mato lycopene. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of changes within Lycored (parent company for Lyc-O-Mato), and the dramatic price increases are untenable. Therefore, we had to find a suitable alternative. The new product is still natural lycopene from tomatoes, but it is in a base of sunflower oil instead of olive oil.”

The LYC-O-Mato Lycopene (Non-GMO) 15 mg, 180 Softgels works for me. My blood lipids (triglycerides , cholesetrol LDL) were decreased by 19% after 3 months. I strongly recommend. When I had a small problem during the shipment I was able to communicate with the seller and get the problem solved to my satisfaction.
