My dentist sold these to me for the same price on Amazon. They don’t even bother to offer a whitening service because these work so well. They said it’s because they’re gentle, 2 hours is as long as any hydrogen peroxide product will work anyway & also because it’s a great value. These strips are so large, you can cut them in half. One strip is good for the top & bottom!! These strips work so well, a friend asked me how I get my teeth Bee Gees-white? :) The taste is nothing like regular white strips hydrogen peroxide flavor where I used to have to suck on a mint or hard candy while using them to mask the gross flavor. The flavor of these are hard to explain. It’s kind of sweet, but not at all too much. They stick to your teeth like nothing else if your teeth are dry during application! My tricks for best application: First, brush & floss your teeth so there’s no barrier getting in the way of the product & your tooth surface. After cutting the strip to size (one side, I cut a little bit larger to accommodate the top teeth & the other is a little bit smaller for the bottoms), is to dry the lower lower teeth & gums (fronts & backs) with a wash cloth, tilt my head back to keep the spit off of them while I apply it. Press the strip onto each dry tooth individually being SURE to press it into the crease between each tooth. It’s worth the little extra effort! You want to get your money’s worth & be impressed with the results, right? Fold over any overhang at the top. If your teeth are dry, it WILL STICK, even if it’s the tiniest amount of overhang. Next, I dry the top teeth & gums; fronts & backs! Apply the strip the same way as the bottoms being sure to get into each crease as you go from tooth to tooth individually. Here’s a step I’m not sure if anyone else does…I use tiny nail scissors to cut the strip at each curve in the overhang, so that as I fold the strip under, each part can lie flat on the other, making it more comfortable & less bulky in my mouth. I can actually speak to my people & on the phone when I do this. Use these strips as many times as needed for 2 hours each time until you get the whiteness you desire. They’re very gentle, don’t hurt your teeth, the enamel or your gums.

I have been using these white strips , and only these white strips for years . They work great , after one treatment you will see a noticeable improvement, I generally use them a few days apart until box is finished and monthly from there , zero sensitivity and sticks to your teeth , no slipping , and mild mint flavor

Well here is the secret , I am a Dentist and have dispensed these at my office for the last 15 years . I purchased these from Amazon this time because my dental supplier had recently raised the cost substantially . I never order these in the heat of the summer as the high temperatures inside trucks will break down the active ingredients . keep refrigerated if you are not planning to use immediately .

Great at whitening but the mint can be a bit irritating on the gums. Even works after 1 day use. I put it on at bedtime.

They are thick and stay in place and they work without hurting my teeth!

Purchased awhile ago, but did not use right away. Expiration date listed as 9/25, but they are dried up and not usable. Too late for me to return. Just a word of caution to you, shelf life is poor. I have used the product before and it does whiten, just won't purchase again until I am ready to use it

I’ve used these for at least 10 years, best on the market. I suggest 4 hours, but if you can wear them all not, you’re a winner. They can take a bit of getting use to but worth it, plus no sensitive. When pulling them out of the tray this is the part that adheres to your teeth. Step 1 cover the front surface of your teeth up to the gum line, press to set and fold at the bite and firmly press to back of teeth. Using your thumb and index finger pinch it tight. Do this to upper and lower and you’re good to go.

I have used Sheer White Strips for years. They work great. This seller sold me a box that was set to expire in March of 2024. These have been stored in my climate controlled bathroom medicine cabinet until today. Which is prior to the expiration date. EVERY SINGLE package of the strips is hard as a rock, dried, up and useless!!! These strips are supposed to be "gel-like" and flexible and are kept in sealed packaging so that they are "fresh" when you apply them to your teeth. Every single strip in the box was dried up beyond any possible use. This was an expensive mistake to order these online.
