Great product!! Love the color— MOUNTAIN HIGH. I live in Colorado, too! No co-inky-dink, there now, is there? It’s nontoxic, great applicator, goes on in one coat, and remains good for at least two weeks!

Karma makes an outstanding nail polish. Their product last longer than any other I have ever used and their colors are outstanding. My manicurist is always commenting on the diversity of colors and how fabulous they look. Since the colors on line may differ from what is in the bottle, I have ordered many colors over the years (I do love color). I make note and order more of the ones that are great and I always want available, and use up the ones that are just fine but not outstanding. If you enjoy a great nail polish, you can't go wrong with Karma products.

I haven’t used nail polish in years because of the endocrine disrupting nature of the toxic chemicals in most nail polishes. This is the first non-toxic nail polish that I’ve found that isn’t super peely or weirdly textured. It goes on smooth and has a subdued scent. The color is amazing (16, summer nights), and it dries relatively quickly. The photo is of one coat only, on top of my base coat. The bottle is smallish for the price, but I think its worth it because I can use it on myself and my children and can have piece of mind that I am not poisoning anyone.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I received the wrong color and the company immediately sent me the right color. It was worth the wait as it is a beautiful Bronze color.

I was sooo excited to receive this, since it's my first Karma Organics purchase and I love the nontoxic formulation. I was hesitant about the color after reading a number of reviews for different shades that stated a color discrepancy between the photo and the actual product, but I went ahead and made the leap because brown is my favorite color and this shade looked so lovely. Well, it IS a lovely shade in reality, but there's not much brown to it at all. I would call it a mauve purple. This seems to be a universal issue with all the Karma Organic polishes, because I come across this complaint over and over on Amazon and on the manufacturer's website. I had actually checked the website in hopes that they would have a written description of the colors, but they do not. Because these polishes are quite pricey (for my budget, anyway), I really wish they would update their photographs to reflect the true colors and include a written description. It seems that pretty much none of the photos are accurate. All of that said, I do like the polish for what it is. I don't know how often I'll wear it because I don't really like to wear pinks and purples, but it is a lovely color. It went on very smooth and dried extremely fast. I didn't use a topcoat or basecoat because I was just painting one nail to test the color, but it still hung on quite well after two days of garden and farm work. As for the smell, I was surprised to find that it smells exactly like conventional nailpolish, but maybe slightly less strong. I didn't expect this from a nontoxic formulation, but it doesn't really bother me much. Overall, it's a lovely product... I just wish the color issue on these polishes could be resolved. I can't afford to spend $50 on nailpolish ordering things on trial and error to find a color I like.
