My water filter does such a great job that I learned it removes the good stuff we all need from our water, and LyteMag puts back in what's lacking: the magnesium and the chloride. So I put just a couple or three drops into each glass of water I drink. Without it, my filtered water actually tastes weird to me, and a few drops of LyteMag tastes just right.

Tried Lytemag on a whim, hoping this may help with my daily headaches. Headaches started in springtime with the heat moving into Florida and the stress of Covid. After a co-worker became dehydrated for a 3rd time this year (he cut back on his electrolytes and water consumption beginning last winter, with the cooler weather) I thought I could give it a try. So I did, and it has helped immensely. I mix this into my iced tea every day and it seems to be doing the job. They have not totally gone away but I would say 90%. I have had headaches for years and will continue to use this product. The smaller container for travel helps to as I go to the Big Theme Park in Orlando several times a month and it is HOT, especially with the mask on in 90+ degree weather. If you are backed up, this is the product for you! I am on the opposite side of the spectrum, so this gave me the trots something fierce! I did not know this was a side effect of Mg for many people. Knowing is half the battle!

I think this product is very healthy and a good hydration system for your body. I don't like the taste too much so I have to doctor it up a little bit. I'm not much of a lemon person

More effective than any high absorbency capsule. Able to control timing and dosage.

Tastes horrible. Not what I expected. The LyteShow supplement works great and tastes better. This one is horrible.
