Great product. Worked as intended!

I take medicine that causes dry mouth and other complications therefore (I’m told ) tends to lead to cavities. I haven’t had a single one since adding vitamin k2 my-7 to my routine. I’ve used a few different brands but this one works just as well and I don’t get sticker shock. If it works it works and I don’t need to drop $49 on some revved up version with empty promises. Doctors Best is popular and trusted for many reasons I’m sure but whatever keeps my mouth healthy. Notice I didn’t say ‘clean’; I can curse like a sailor if provoked. Or even when not provoked but at least my teeth look nice while I’m doing it ;)

The Feeling I felt taking this for 3 nights in a row reminded me of the heat I felt from 500mg Carnitine 1-2hrs later or 7 grams of Bulletproof coffee which I rarely ever drink. For me I feel like this activates Thermogenesis. I'm 👽Alien, Hope this all works for you. Below I included the study by pubmed which I went searching for after feeling this heat increase. Results after a 3 year study of giving 180mcg of Mk7 "decrease in abdominal fat mass and in the estimated visceral adipose tissue area compared with the placebo group and the poor responders." 3 nights I took this and 3 nights I feel like my home temperature is at 79... I thought My central air was broken but it was on 75 which is usually ICE to me. 4 hrs I feel it kicks in and it lasts 2-3hrs of heat. I may have to test this only during the day and not at night. Non Smoker ever, Non Drinker ever, very strict diet and training regimen. I saw the good reviews on this and all the studies and claims and I figured this couldn't hurt. Here we tested the hypothesis that increased vitamin K intake decreases body fat or fat distribution. Subjects/methods: In a randomized placebo-controlled human intervention trial, 214 postmenopausal women, 55-65 years of age, received either 180 mcg/day of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) or placebo for 3 years. Osteocalcin (OC) carboxylation was used as a marker for vitamin K status, and fat distribution was assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry total body scan. Results: In the total cohort, MK-7 supplementation increased circulating carboxylated OC (cOC) but had no effect on body composition. In those with an above-median response in OC carboxylation ('good responders'), MK-7 treatment resulted in a significant increase in total and human molecular weight adiponectin and a decrease in abdominal fat mass and in the estimated visceral adipose tissue area compared with the placebo group and the poor responders. Conclusions: The fact that changes in body composition measures or markers for fat or glucose metabolism were not associated with changes in uncarboxylated OC (ucOC) does not support the assumption that ucOC stimulates fat metabolism in humans. Instead, high vitamin K2 intake may support reducing body weight, abdominal and visceral fat, notably in subjects showing a strong increase in cOC. A causal relation between the changes in cOC and body fat or distribution cannot be concluded from these data.

I started taking this Vitamin K2 because I wanted to help guide calcium to my bones instead of my arteries. I’ve been using it consistently for over six months now and repurchase it every couple of months. It’s easy to take and fits well into my daily routine. I’m happy with this product and would recommend it to others.

Essential for weight lifters

we all need to use this- whether it is because soil not good anymore to grow crops or what - I am not using these because my heart arterieries are putting calcium plaques in my my heart and arteries and even extremities- my labs are normal but I got into diff needing strrents- Literature our ion Mayo clinic and Cleveland clinic addressing how MK-7 is a subtype of vitamin k that serves the purpose or taking calcium in your blood to your bones- but if you have a shortage it will cause plaques to build up and block your arteries- so use it- and use it every single day- no one taught about this and I was pretty up on vitamins and minerals for years- damn internet getting in the way of stuff- thank goodness for tube teaching also- USE THIS PRODUCT- IT MAY SAVE OUR LIFE

Anxious to see if this plays a part in my overall health. I take this brand of magnesiun and am satisfied. No side effects.
