Love using the panna in Italian pasta sauce recipes, better than heavy cream and much thicker.

OUT OF DATE AND MOLD GROWING INSIDE
The item i received wad out of date. I opened it to use and it had a thick layer of mold growth on top. IT WAS DISGUSTING!

Expiration date too close
This is supposed to be a long stand product. When we received it, the expiration date was only 3 weeks away.

kinda tasted like a cross btwn yogurt & sour cream
Says long life but expiration date was within 6 wks of purchase date, hardly UHT in my book. Also wasn't what I thought it was so not sure how it should taste...kinda tasted like a cross btwn yogurt & sour cream. I used with fruit & sweetner, was ok.
