Gaspari Nutrition Proven Egg, 100% Egg White Powder, 25g Protein, Keto Friendly, Dairy, Lactose, and Soy Free (2 lbs, Chocolate)

Solid egg white protein powder. I've had a number of them over the years since I cant do whey/dairy. Has more or less the same properties/texture as most egg white powders, which some peopel dont like, but never bothered me (think frothy, post-mix-separation after some time). The salted caramel flavor is good. Honestly its not a really strong caramel note, it comes off to me like a vanilla that isn't as sickly sweet as most vanilla flavors in protein powders, with a hint of caramel in the back. Which is fine for me honestly! I mix mine with oat milk.

I had to switch from whey because I noticed I was experiencing indigestion and bloating after drinkiny post work out shake. Not the feeling you want to deal with after crushing it at the gym. So I tried a plant based protein first, which worked but the texture and flavor was awful. I saw great reviews for this egg protein and heard it could help so I went for it. The flavor is great! I've only tried Chocolate so far so I can't vouch for any other flavors just yet. Someone else mentioned that there was a strong artificial sugar flavor and I disagree. To be honest, most low carb protein orders are using some type of artificial sugar but I hardly notice it with Proven Egg. The flavor to me is 2nd only to Ghost, which I love but it's high in carbs and causes me bloating/indigestion. Next, this egg protein mixes sooooooo smooth and sooooooo easily. You notice right when you scoop it, it's not clumpy like other powders and doesn't really pack into the scoop. I actually mixed the protein in my shaker without the wire ball today and it was completely smooth. I didn't even realize I forgot it until I went to wash the shaker.

Best tasting protein powder I've had peanut butter chocolate variety, I only ever mix with water. There is a change of taste on the backend not sure how to describe, tasted sweet and savory overall. Only negative comment about this listing is Price per ounce listed says $1.25 per ounce for the 1 pound containers when it should say $2.50 instead.

Ordered the peanut butter cup flavour, it’s amazing alone or with extra peanut butter (powder) and cocoa powder. Has 1 g of carbs, no fat. This stuff really is the perfect protein. Tastes great and digests well, dissolves easily, not gritty, stevia sweetened. Will def be ordering more. Some people are too picky - itS ToO FrOtHy - you have to pick your battles y'all. I’ve tried all forms of protein powders and this is THE BEST. In the blender: 1 scoop protein, peanut butter powder, peanut butter (if macros allow), cocoa powder, (almond) milk, dash of salt & cinnamon & stevia, ice - blend it all up and enjoy!

This is a scam!!! The container is half full upon opening. The amount of protein powder in the container is extremely disappointing. When I opened it, the container was barely half full. Based on other reviews, this seems to be common across the industry, but that doesn’t make it acceptable. If companies are going to sell a “full-size” container, it should actually be filled close to the top—not halfway. This type of packaging feels misleading and gives the impression of getting more product than you actually do, and paying more. I hope the manufacturer listens to customer feedback and provides honest, transparent packaging in the future. Customers are getting ripped off. Stop trying to scam us. How is this allowed #Amazon?

This is an excellent premium egg white protein powder. I have tried almost every flavor all of them are good with salted caramel being the clear best in my opinion. Chocolate is also very excellent. Does have a slight saltier taste compared to standard whey protein due to the natural sodium content in egg whites. Does not shake well best used in a blender or power mixer like a nutribullet. Quality product manufactured by a quality company.

This is the third egg protein powder I have tried because unfortunately, Whey protein wrecks my digestive track. This one has similar taste, which is good. Nothing to write home about but it's a protein shake. Protein amount is comparable to other brands but I have to dock this one on consistency and texture. Even using a mini ninja blender, it's very chalky in texture but not a deal breaker. The issue I find is that it is foamy. It almost immediately separates into a bottom half of protein shake and a top half of a chalky foam that is quite odd. I have tried different mixes such as skim milk, almond milk, and cold brew for that morning kick. All three mixes and anything in between has the giant layer of foam on top that really hard to get passed taste wise. The other brands do not have this issue. No idea why this brand does. You are already dropping more money for egg white protein vs others, so in my opinion, there are better options out there.
