I just received my order of Acai Berry Powder and couldn't wait to try it. I was able to make a rich, dark smoothie using a tsp. of the powder blended with a cup of plain keffir, two tbsps of organic chia seeds, a couple of drops of vanilla essence and some stevia. It was yummylicious with hints of chocolate and berries. The next day, Acai Berry smoothie featured prominently on my breakfast menu. Not being a morning person, I thought this would give me an energy boost after some sleepless nights. I reached in my fridge, grabbed the Acai Berry Powder and made that delicious smoothie. My taste buds thanked me and my pooch appreciated my changed mood. He eagerly waited for his snack topped with some keffir and then we went for a brisk walk around the neighborhood. It has been a while since I felt this perky and upbeat. The thought of working on my taxes didn't seem so daunting. Maybe it was because the sun came out. But I noticed a renewed energy that I hadn't felt for a long time - so much so that my pooch was panting from a good run. This superfood is gong to be part of my daily regimen. Since my youngest brother died of a heart attack at 39, my family history and cholesterol markers were causing concern. Hopefully, the Acai Berry Powder will help to bring the levels down. In an uncontrolled pilot study published in 2011, a group of researchers from California found that consumption of acai pulp reduced levels of a number of markers of metabolic disease, including fasting glucose and insulin levels, total cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol. Studies also suggest that anthocyanins in Acai berries can benefit vision in a number of ways, including improving night vision, boosting circulation within the capillaries of the retina, reducing the risk of retinopathy in diabetics, and providing protection against macular degeneration. When I turned 40, I had laser surgery to repair retinal tears in both eyes. While there have been no further problems, I intend to keep Acai powder in my arsenal of antioxidants. Terrasoul has a quality product and the packaging retained its freshness. I had previously ordered their raw, organic unpasteurized almonds and organic raw cacao nibs. They are the best and the price is reasonable.

I love this acai powder! It's so much better than the sambazon powder and if you're spending too much money on the frozen juice packs, this is the solution for you. It makes amazing acai bowls. If you don't have a good blender, it will leave a bit of a grittier texture, but if you love making your own smoothies and acai bowls, you probably already have a high speed blender like vitamix or blendtech. Make sure you store this in the fridge once you open it! I like to put mine in a mason jar for easy access and less mess, just make sure you label it if you don't live alone. It could be mistaken for dirt! LOL! (And yes the photos are mine! I love taking gorg pics of my acai bowls for instagram!)

The sundry idea is great. But the powder is coarse and doesn’t dissolve at all.

Simply not good. Totally regret purchasing this product. Both packages have resealable ziplock style closures but both were open and the only thing holding the contents in the package was the tearaway plastic seal. Therefore a ton of the content were stuck in the section between the ziplock seal and tearaway seal. I tried shaking and getting the contents back into the proper area. Unfortunately that wasn't altogether possible and some of the contents spilled out when I tore off the tearaway seal. The contents were clumpy and a bit sticky, not a freeze dried powder. Lastly the taste is just not good at all, I would say it's bad and lacks any flavor. If I can return it I would but I don't see any 100% satisfaction guarantee on the package. Looks like I just wasted $26.

I use the Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Acai Berry Powder in my morning smoothie. I started using because it is supposed to good for: 1. Brain function 2. Heart health 3. Blood sugar management 4. Boost energy 5. Provides vitamin C The powder comes in a resealable bag, but sometimes it is really hard to reseal. I transfer it to a small glass jar with a screw on top to make it easy to get out, so I don't have to mess with the bag. I have used it for a few years and have never had any problems with it. Terrasoul seems to be a good company. In addition, it is organic, which I like.

This Acai Powder is a 9/10 in my honest opinion. Price: Acai powder is generally expensive, but relative to the market, the price you buy for the quantity you get with this product is decent. I compared it to other acai powders being sold on amazon and this was the best deal that I researched at the time I did. Quality: 10/10. The powder was fresh and tasty, perfect for my daily smoothies Shipping: It was wrapped wonderfully and had average shipping time. It took a few business days.
