Bazooka MBTA8250D Marine 8-Inch 250 Watt Pre Loaded Bass Tube

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT FELT I NEEDED TO FOR THIS. I HAVE WENT THROUGH 2 OF THE BUILT IN AMPS ON THE TUBE AND AM CURRENTLY WAITING ON THE 3RD IN LESS THAN A YEAR. I READ THE REVIEWS AND SAW A FEW THAT SAID THE AMPS HAD WENT OUT ON THEM. STUFF HAPPENS, I GET IT. THOUGHT I WOULD STILL GIVE IT A TRY. HOOKED IT UP IN MY BOAT, SOUNDED GREAT FOR 1 DAY. CALLED AND GOT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND SENT IT BACK. 2 WEEKS LATER I GET A NEW ONE. HOOK IT UP, SOUNDS GREAT USED IT 2 MORE TIMES ON MY BOAT BEFORE I PUT IT UP FOR THE WINTER. GOT IN IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR TURNED IT ON AND GUESS WHAT. QUIT AGAIN. ALL OF MY OTHER AMPS, TOWER SPEAKERS, AND CABIN SPEAKERS WERE INSTALLED AT THE SAME TIME AT NOT ONE PROBLEM!! BAZOOKA OFFERS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND MINE EXPIRES IN 2 WEEKS. I DO NOT SEE THIS 3RD AMP LASTING SO NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN THE 3RD ONE GOES OUT. I GUESS I AM PRETTY MUCH SCREWED AT THIS POINT! BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT GET THE POWERED BAZOOKA! MAY BE SAFE WITH THE PASSIVE TUBE, BUT AT THIS POINT WHY TAKE A CHANCE ?

The components in the inside of the tube are not secured. They rattle and bounce around. only worked for 2 trips, then died. I ordered it too early, so I was a few weeks past my return window by the time I it crapped out.Contacted Bazooka and had to spend another $80 to ship the product back. waiting to see if they will send me a new one.

I bought a marine tube for my RZR it gets hot in the bed so i added heat shield! and the amp keeps getting hot still and shutting off! im =on my 3rd amp! now fixing to get one more and a device to add to the wiring! now gene has been very helpful on tech support! but this product needs a internal fan! I may try one more then say im done if it dont work! it should hold up to heat! my tube is 2 or 3 months old! any ideas on how to make it last? ty

Installed this on my golf cart. I wish they didn't make them in white because they show scuff marks and dirt easy. It could have had better instructions, but the sound quality is awesome.

I have had the six inch before and it was awesome. I ordered the marine ten along with a passive ten. They sounded pretty good at first but now I have to touch them to make sure they are working. Should know from hearing them. The powered is in the engine compartment and the passive is under the front seat of the boat. Turned up they add some base but not very impressive. Outside of the boat you can barely hear them.

Sounds good once it's installed and 'tuned'. I'm not a professional installer by any means but installation was pretty straight forward. There were a few minor alterations to the ground wire I needed to perform and additional wiring. Sounds good so far in my boat , deeper than expected.

This really increased the sound and bass of my 21’ Open bow boat. Intalled professionally in front under seat in front of driver side. The sound and bass rock this boat. Great buy for the money!

Have had this thing installed on my boat for less than 3 months, was working decent but yesterday took the boat out and it will not power on. Went through all the wires and everything is connected properly. Called customer service and they were quick to diagnose the amp went out, shipped me a new one and recieved it in 2 days. All is working fine again, hopefully don't have this issue again but am thankful for the customer service friendliness and speed.

Ok so first off I definitely was sceptical about how good of bass this thing was gonna have and the fact that it was 500 bucks but I was not disappointed So my package was lost and I had already been waiting for 2 weeks called amazon and they shipped a new one out right away which I got in a couple of days,no big dealI currently had a 10 sub with a 500 watt amp in my 4 seater side by side but the sub was starting to frap out a bit and had a not very clear bass sound anymore but it was super loud and did pound so I was really curious to see if this bass tube was going to come close seeing as it’s less wattageAnd it was not a marine sub and the amp was mounted to the back of the box, not ideal for a lot of ,Moisture and the amount of water holes I take my side by side on......So anyways Hooked the bass tube up and wow..... very impressed and the bass is very clear and deep, and is way louder than my other setupDefently one of my better phurchases on amazon and I’m super happy with it!!!!!!!!!!!
