I love these protein shakes and the variety of flavors that are available. I use them to supplement my regular protein intake and find they're filling. I usually drink about a half bottle a day; I put the remainder in the fridge for the next day. They do leave a bit of an after taste - I think most protein shakes do - but nothing offensive.

They don’t leave an aftertaste like other protein drinks. I drink one after working out, as a meal replacement, or instead of eating ice cream. Had a mouthful to feel chunks being swallowed. Poured into sink to find worm looking things in the drink. Unbelievable.
