Review: Great stuff for the older 60 degree looper V6 - Go by the instructions, add the correct amount in the fuel, I heard you can put too much which will damage the powerhead, it will protect the piston rings and cylinder walls used as directed.

Great stuff! Little goes a long way
I have used this stuff for years in boats, dirt bikes, motorcycles and classic cars. I can leave something parked for years and not even have to clean the carburetors, and my engine internals are always clean when I do break down my engines. Also, I have used other products when I wasn't able to get this, and they suggest a much richer mixing ratio than Carbon Guard; so a bottle of Carbon Guard will last me longer, too.

Highly recommend for all 2 stroke outboards
This is designed to prevent carbon buildup in two stroke outboards. It will not remove existing deposits. It is important to decarbonize your engine before starting to use this product. Decarbonize with OMC Tune-Up In A Can first.
