It is a very nice product, the only reason I have put 4 star is the price, a bit too expensive.
I used it for the "pastiera" (a traditional Easter sweet in some parts of Italy) and it does his job. The wheat is already cooked in water and there is a bit of salt, which it makes more tasty your dessert. So it is ready you don't have to pre- cook.

The product itself it is good. Unfortunately my package arrived damaged and I couldn't use one of the three jars. The liquid leaked everywhere and the grain wasn't good anymore. The other two jars were fine and tasty. Tried to contact the seller but with no response.
