What types of birds is it made for, or is it suitable for all birds

As far as i can see it is ok for all birds...mine is a Conure parrot.

My conure parrot won’t touch it. Why?

I'm just guessing, but your bird probably doesn't like it (or has enough calcium in its diet). I bought a similar calcium block for our cockatoo and it is pretty much untouched - she passes her physical with flying colors each year, so I don't worry about it.
