I tried Zantrex SkinnyStix Energy Powder recently, and here’s my unfiltered take. First — taste and mixability: The flavor is decent (not chalky or overwhelmingly sweet), and it dissolves well without leaving clumps. That matters — some energy powders feel gritty or chemical, but this one goes down smooth. As for energy and focus, it does deliver. I felt a noticeable boost in alertness and stamina that kicked in without the usual jittery crash I get from some other stimulants. It’s strong enough to power me through workouts and long to-dos, but not so strong that I’m bouncing off the walls. Hydration helps keep the buzz steady. I didn’t experience any weird side effects like nausea or anxiety — just clean, sustained energy. Keep in mind if you’re sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, start with half a packet first to see how you react.

Love this product. I took it and not only have more energy but also don't feel like pigging out and eating junk food. It tastes pretty good too... although maybe a little too sweet but then I just use a bigger water bottle and dilute it more. Gotta try a different flavor later. After about a month, just bought my second box. Lost about 7lbs. BUT of course you gotta eat right and exercise. Nothing can replace that. But if you are eating right and working out, this totally enhance your diet or muscle building plan. :-)

Tastes great and mixes easily. Convenient powder format with a refreshing berry flavor. Nice energy boost and easy to add to a daily routine.

I think this item so far is ok I have not used it long enough to know only a few days so will see but so far, its good and flavor is delicious, and I do have more energy and eat better along with exercise to obtain ultimatum results.

I cannot say enough about the Electric Lime Skinny Stix drink. This is my favorite second only to the Tangerine- which unfortunately has not been available for some time. These mixes seem to come and go, but I'm hoping they keep them on the market. I do not like the berry. That one is gross to me. As for the Lime and Tangerine, I've found that I prefer them best at a higher dilution. The instructions say to add to 16oz cold water. For me, that is too strongof a flavor. Although, it would be a good concentrationfor freezing into ice cubes. I will do that and use them so the ice doesn't over dilute the flavor. I usebetween 24-32oz, and found the flavor is the best. It also gets me to drink more water that way! I hope they keep selling this as well as resupply the Tangerine.

I usually have to eat before getting to work otherwise I feel weak and even get bad headaches, I tried just about everything, so I came across these Skinny Stix, put it in my bottled water and chugged, the taste of berry makes it easy to drink, real smooth. I noticed my appetite was gone, my headache went away instantly and I even had energy. This is my third day, hopefully I will keep taking it, I mean it works, good stuff.

Used for a week and had to stop. Too much caffeine for me, had me shaky, jittery, and swearing I was going to have a panic attack. I was talking so much I couldn't stand me. I do drink a fair amount of coffee - might have just been too much with both. Nonetheless, I stopped it. My results after the week - this did not decrease my appetite, did not make me feel good, I felt hydration was good, and the flavor was ok. So, I think if you go in knowing about the large amounts of caffeine and it doesn't bother you - it might be helpful. Everything works for someone. I just wasn't going to give up my coffee for this, so I went back to my regular electrolyte powder.

Good but crystal lite good as well. Cheaper too!
