Purchased this to make a temp cover for my boat while one is being made. This canvass sheds water quickly. I’m not sure how quick the protective coating will last the first night I had it over my boat I had zero rain water. I was very impressed. It’s a thinner canvass but impressed the heck outta me. I finished making a mooring cover with this and its light enough to take on and off quickly. And folds up to keep in my ski locked taking up much less room than my older canvass. I’m going to keep this one as a quick snap on cover. Great canvass great price can’t complain

I make dog vests and always need a surplus of black canvas I love this particular canvas though the backside is so shiny. It’s really nice and a great value will reorder soon

I made panels for privacy fencing. I liked the fact that it is waterproof and mildew proof.

Lightweight fabric for marine use. Do not compare this to canvas for marine very light duty but waterproof think of the same material used for outdoor grills, Used this to make a boat cover on a 40 foot boat. It's very easy to sew due to lightweight material. This is a good inexpensive solution for a boat cover. Please do not compare this to quality of sunbrella material, very good value.

Works as advertised

The first photo is what I was expecting. The second what I got. I was in the middle of a project and ran out of the first fabric. I paid a dollar more for the fabric with the vinyl backing or what I thought was the PU backing; "Waterproof Canvas Fabric Outdoor 600 Denier Indoor/Outdoor Fabric by the yard PU Backing W/R, UV, 2times GOOD PU" It is not. It looks just like the "Ottertex Canvas Fabric Waterproof Outdoor 60" Wide 600 Denier" that sells for 6.99. I have to get this finished so I am going with it and hope it will last as long as the other. Just wanted you to be aware it does not have any kind of special backing that I can see. Maybe its put on there some other way now? I don't know...... I give it a one star for that reason. It is nice fabric and a good price for outdoor waterproof fabric. Just don't want you to be disappointed as I am.

I paid hundreds of dollars to have an awning made with this black canvas fabric to match our black shutters. It turned out beautiful. The deep black color stayed black for about 4 months. It faded into an ugly "gray" color. I tried to get the company to reimburse my money paid for the fabric (at the very least)- they would not because of the time that had passed from purchase date. Now I'm out of the cost for the fabric and the labor on the awning. TRUST ME- YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
