Real good speed bag....I put bag through great pounding....U have to fill up after a tad of using...But no big deal... The bladder and outside cover still holds up...Never had to buy a bladder yet... I have about 1,000 plus hours on bag....I do 25 min 2 to 3 min rounds of high intensity pounding....Worth it just buy it...

Seems to be well made. Bounces true. The loop is small, thus tight on the swivel, but offers no problem. I find this to be a great bag for beginners. If you can't hit this bag then you have a problem. A beginner on a bag is one day...it's not rocket science for crying out loud, you're only hitting a bag. It's great for a senior with weak arms as the larger bags take more power to hit and rebound, where as this is a smaller and easier bag to bounce, although a smaller target, it shouldn't be a problem to you. It''s not wobbly with my Balazs i-box platform. My other bag is a Balazs 10 x 7, but it cost over three times as much...if you have the money buy the Balazs. I just ordered the Pro Impact 6 x 9 to add to my three time daily regimen. I'm a 77 year old senior.

Awsome. I've just opened this and pumped up the bag. So far so good. The shape is good and the feel of the bag is effective. I don't believe that there is ever a perfect shaped bag.. this one is better than others I've used. I will update this after a few weeks of use. Update.... It's been a while now since I've first started using this bag. It has held up great! It hasn't had any inflation issues and I've used it 5 x a week for 15 min each session. It has taken some time getting used to the size but other than that its a great training bag. ((Update)) (please don't forget to deflate this bag after u are done with it for the day. I left mine and outside in the heat while fully inflated and unfortunately the bladder lost it's retention, other than that I still think this is a great bag!)

I really like this bag. First, it is very durable. Second, the bag (bladder) didn't leak. I have had several more expensive bags that leak quickly, but this one didn't. The size is nice and its great for beginners. But its also great for those who want to get in a lot of reps on the bag. I highly recommend it. Its a great bag for the money.

I’ve been boxing for over 20 years and have used all types/brands of equipment from bags, gloves, wraps, and everything in between. With that being said, this speed bag is all right. It’s definitely leather and I got it for $28 bucks, so I suppose I made out, but the rebound is slow and the movement is clunky. I’ve tried it on different swivels too and it just doesn’t do it for me. I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a fast speed bag. If you enjoy slower rebounds to hone your skills and build rhythm and muscle memory, this is a good choice.

Awesome bit of kit Some people don’t like the stitching on the bag “it hurts their hands” really. The stitching wears in so it goes smooth the bag has a great weight to it and sounds great when using it. Proper nice

J'ai commandé une premiere fois cet article , j'ai recu une poire double elastique a la place, je procede donc au retour et en meme temps je commande a nouveau cet article , et je recois encore une poire double elastique a la place ! Comme si je n'avais que ça a faire que retourner des articles et tout ce que ça implique (impression , emballage, depos dans un point relais...) bref vendeur pas serieux du tout!
