I love giving cards, but I hate spending a lot of money on them- honestly I buy most of mine at dollar stores for $0.50 or $1. I find that people who are sentimental and save cards enjoy $0.50 cards just as much as $7 cards, and as for people who don't save cards, what is the point of spending all that money on something that is going to be thrown away?I'd rather put that extra money into the gift, or give it to charity. So when this card popped into my browser, I almost just breezed past it without consideration. But then I realized, that this would be a fantastic substitution to flowers for my mom as part of her gift. She loves flowers, but unfortunately her sneaky cat always eats them no matter how careful she tries to be, so she has to first of all discard anything that could be toxic to cats and then place it someplace out of reach which is also incidentally out of sight. cardboard flowers may not be as good as real ones, but at least she could set them out where she could see them, and that would make her happy not just because they are pretty, but for the reminder that her family loves her. So with that thought in mind, I was willing to pay the steep price. When I opened the package, however, I realized that the price was well worth it, because this card is a miniature piece of art. It really is. My mom will love it so much, and she will probably display it all year. The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything about this- the colors, the multi-layer pop up design, the thickness of the paper- screams quality. And it's just very pretty to look at. I'd highly recommend this card for anyone who saves cards.

This card is great quality in my opinion and holds up oil. It stands on its own really easily, and the colors are excellent. It's a decent size card, probably about average for this kind of card. It came quickly, which I really appreciated, and my stepmom loved it! Thank you!!!

This is such a beautiful card. I bought it for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. It was a definite hit. If you do purchase this card note that there is no where to write who is giving the card. I had to write happy Mother’s Day on the envelope.
