Highly recommend it works fast and does not give any other issue no heartburn nor upset stomach. It dissolves quickly in water or coffee.no taste.

Love this stuff and it’s wonderful for the price. Mixes easily and really has no taste so if you would rather have it with water you still can! My only complaint is that it did not come with a scoop so I have to use my tsp. Measuring spoons. I have had no stomach discomfort but am going to the restroom more regularly and without struggle!

The BEST, easiest to take, plant-based fiber supplement you can buy. Mixes and dissolves incredibly easy. It's in the glass, but you'd never know it. Tasteless and odorless. And it works SUPER well!
