Organic and natural
Lotus is always one of my favourite brand as it has organic products. I ordered and tried this time exfoliator and really happy with the results. Best facewash i have used so far.. It's mild gel formula is gentle on skin it is chemical free n free from the artificial fragrance it's safe for my skin n it is suits to my skin ..love it

Works very well. Smell, well it smells like moss because it has moss so yes, you'll get what you expect. Other than that it's an excellent face wash.

Very old manufactured ..near to expiry...but this is not eligible for return..what to do

the plsatic tube not worth the price
The packaging is very fragile, the tube breaks away.
