The pump in the serum does not work
The serum bottle needs to be opened to use the serum since the pump does not work.

More hair fall along with dandruff!!!!
Gave me more hair fall with dandruff as an addition!!!! Bought it after reading so many good reviews but only to be disappointed. I have been searching for a good shampoo to control hair fall for quite sometime now so thought of giving this combo a try along with their hair oil shots but only to end up with more hair fall and also dandruff as an addition. I have oily scalp and after using the shampoo conditioner and the serum I felt like my hair was still unwashed. Don’t know if it is just me or there is someone else out there who has faced the same issue but this one is a total waste of money for me. I got no option but to use it as a cleaner.

My sister absolutely loved it.
I bought the entire combo for my sister as she was having sever hair fall issues. After using this for a few days her hair fall stopped. My sister loved it so much.
