Bliss
This works so wonderfully. I can hear well even while it’s protecting my ears from excruciating pain as a chronic sufferer. They stay in until I’m completely outside of the cabin. It is reusable for two flights only, and it’s not recommended to use after two uses. Each set has its own carry case. Follow the instructions on the box and you’ll be at bliss. They’re comfy too, but if your ears/ear canals are small like mine, I recommend the children’s pack.

100% Worth It!
These worked amazingly well! I have very sensitive ears and it sometimes takes days for them to pop after a plane ride. I have a very hard time popping my ears and descending can be very painful. These completely neutralised the pressure I had no pain or need to pop my ears. It kept me from looking crazy too since I was not repeatedly yawning.

Great product; need to package multiple pairs in one box
They work well. However, the description should be updated. It reads as if I get 5 pairs in one box. That is my preference and I have bought them that way before. This time I received 5 separate boxes each with one pair. Same great product but when I’m traveling I prefer to carry one box with all of them. It is more convenient and takes less room than 5 separate boxes.

What a game changer!
Not sure what is up with my ears when I am on a plane, but I get the worst pain that lingers. Feels like I'm being stabbed in both my ears! It makes me cry to the point where I want to scream. It's horrible! So I always dreaded going on a plane. However, these Ear Planes were a night and day change for me. No stabbing pain. Not much ear popping. And didn't even have the muffled hearing when getting off of the plane. They were super easy to put on and take off. The instructions said to hold nose and blow slightly. I did not do that, because it hurts to do. So I skipped that part on the trip, to and from, and the Ear Planes still worked for me. I did download the app. Interesting, but I did not understand the barometer graph. These Ear Planes saved me alot of money from going to see an ENT doctor. He was probably going to suggest these anyway.... If you have any pain while on a plane, you need to get these. These are truly a ear saver!

AMAZING ITEM FOR FLYING
WORKS, AMAZING FOR FLYING. These have seriously done be wonders. Everytime during descent my ears would have issues, they wouldn’t clear for hours and in one case over 24 hours. I pop these in when the pilot announces approach and take them out when we land, over 5 flights and I haven’t had any issues. One of the best investments I’ve made in traveling.

They actually worked.
I’ve never been able to pressurize my ears when flying. I’ve tried all the tips and tricks and nothing worked. Thought I’d try these. I still had difficulty pressurizing but these helped make it more tolerable and lessen the recovery time after landing.

Reduces Pain If Used Correctly, But You Still Might Be Momentarily Deaf After Flight
The product came in good condition. My ears always hurt upon landing. It feels like a knife in my ear. These help to reduce the pain. The package says there is an app that notifies you when to use them. I haven't tried that, but I recommend using them during take off and landing, even if you only have pain on landing because it helps reduce the pain. I've learned to put them on 30 minutes to an hour for take off. After that I will take them off. And then an hour before landing (I take extra precaution because this is when I feel the knife-pain), I put them back in my ears. For added pain reduction, I also take a decongestant an hour before landing as well. When I do this, I barely feel any pain until I remove the earplanes and really only on one side where my ear drum had previously burst because of flights. ALSO, I do not remove the ear them from my ears until it's clear the cabin doors are open. However, even with all of this, I tend to be deaf, especially on more my sensitive ear for some time. Between use, I clean them with a wet wipe and I dispose of them once I use them twice. Also, I can still hear what is going on around. It's just softer and muffled.

Not sure if they made a difference
I used these while driving over a mountain pass. My ears had been plugged for weeks before, and I was worried about the pressure change. I made it over the pass with a lot of yawning to open my ears. The ear that was plugged the most hurt quite a bit. I finally took out the earplug and my ear stopped hurting. Hard to tell if it was the earplug hurting my ear or the pressure change. Maybe the plugs were slightly too big and just uncomfortable.
