This stuff was actually fun to use
I actually read the instructions. That's not normal for me. What I absolutely love about this product is that if you get it wrong the first time, you can scrape it all away and start over. I highly recommend testing on a piece of cardboard first. I way overapplied the first time, and as I was trying to "knock off" the dry ridges, I found it was still very wet underneath. So the first time was an abject failure. It took about three tries to get an acceptable result, but as I went around repairing drywall holes, I found that each one got easier and easier. The last few holes I textured over, I coudn't tall you where the holes actually were. I struggle with mudding when it comes to dryway. I'm ever able to get it completely perfect, but with such an easy sprey-on texture like this, I can hide just about any seam. in fact, I'm thinking of touching up one of the seems that were visible when I moved in.

Coverage that is thicker and heavier than expected on the FINE setting
TIP: Be certain the shake the can until you hear the rattle for at least a couple of minutes prior your first use to obtain optimal results. This product works well and has great coverage, however, the adjustable texture when set to fine didn't yield as fine of a texture as expected. I was able to blend the patchwork so that the difference in texture didn't stand out, but that required both more work and more material from the can. Clean-up was quick and simple. The end result can be managed through both sanding or damp cloth to adjust the finish. The price at the time of my purchase was fair and a better deal than my local brick-and-mortar DIY store. If I need to apply texture for a repair in the future, I will consider this product as it worked for my needs, even through it required more effort on my part to the result that I desired.

Good Medium/ Heavy Orange Peel/ Splatter Match!
Product- -Came fast/ next day on my porch. -Was fresh & cans were individually packaged. -Same price as Home Depot in my area. -Good job! I used (1) 20 & (2) 10 once to cover about 8 sqft of primed taping mud patches. Some areas I had to spray a second time after it dried to get the good match (with it being water based it smells less, is easier to clean up but it dries slower & shrinks more when dry)... I heated up all my cans with tap water. The 10 once cans that I got seemed to spray finer/ lighter than the 20 once can... I my case the 20 once can I got benefited me more...

Broken nozzle not attached to can
2 out of the 4 cans I bought were defective. 1 can the nozzle was not attached to the can. I tried to push it in the whole but that did not work. So that can is not useable at all. The second can the product fit shoot out of the slayer somewhat, but almost half came out of the base of the nozzle creating a huge mess with lots of wet paper towels needed the clean up the large globs dripping from the can. Only 2 of the 4 cans received worked as expected. I guess these are not refundable so buyer beware.

Clumps at nozzle
Followed the instructions, actually shook the can longer than instructed. The spray came out in blobs and blocked nozzle dripping onto floor. Cleaned off tried again. Same thing. Would spray more than 6” out of can because of the clumping at nozzle. This isn’t my first time using wall texture. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Now to find one that actually works.

Works well IF you follow directions, warm the can, and practice first
UPDATE: I had another small home repair and decided to give this one more try. Observations: - the instructions say to shake well for one minute. This is important: shake well and keep shaking during usage if you need to spray for more than (e.g.) 10 seconds. - warm the can before usage. I have read of others holding the can under a stream of hot water, sticking the can in boiling water or similar. I will not recommend that because I'm fearful of exploding aerosol cans. I just stuck mine under my shirt for about 10 mins. - you can spray onto bare wallboard, joint compound etc but I got better & more predictable results on a painted over surface. - practice on some scrap surface before usage. This will help you learn when to knock down the sprayed texturing material and aid you in getting the pattern you want. With the above in mind this product works very well indeed. I will purchase another can if/when the time comes. OLD REVIEW follows: I purchased one can for a small repair. First I tested on about 2 sq ft of spare wallboard with good results. When I subsequently used it on the repair area -- about 2 sq ft also -- it worked well for a few seconds but then seemed able to spray the texture material only about one inch. Clearing the nozzle and shaking the can some more did not help. There seems to be a large amount of material left in the can which I will not likely be able to use because of this. Note that I was careful to follow directions and shake the can very well before using. Overall seems like a good idea that needs some improvement ... The total coverage available is far less than claimed.
