The first pump arrived with shipping damage to the bottom of the basin (which is hard to believe as the pump basin is built very sturdy and tough). Regardless, I submitted the return that same morning and got the replacement system the next day in the evening. I was impressed. The next pump system arrived in great shape. I filled the basin with water and tried it multiple times and it worked great. Pumped 41 gallons with significant force within seconds. I also purchased the Liberty ARC18 Access Riser and some Butyl Sealing Rope just in case I ever need to replace the pump or alarm float (I didn't want to dig up dirt to get to the top of the pump system). The Riser doesn't actually bolt to the Basin but the construction allows it to fit snugly onto the outer edge of the basin and using the Butyl Tape, seals and holds it great along with the surrounding earth. If I ever do have a pump or float failure, I only need to remove the riser lid, then the basin lid and just lift out the pump or float. Liberty Pumps did a great job in the design as replacing a faulty pump or float is as easy as unplugging it and lifting it out of the basin. Excellent pump system and design. Works great!

Complete simple and so far works very well. Can't say I love it about a sewage pump. Well made.

The image in the listing is incorrect, it shows three cords, one of which is the alarm float, which isn't actually included with this model. The user manual indicates that plumbing codes recommend including the alarm to avoid possible property damage (if the pump fails and the tank overfills) but since I installed mine outside, it's not an issue for me. The basin is very well built, the pump is powerful and definitely does the job. Be sure to read the installation instructions, especially information about backfill (small gravel, not native soil or sand, no rocks, etc.) to protect the basin long-term. As the manual states, it's not a traffic-rated enclosure, so don't put this where it can be driven over by a vehicle. Be sure to test it with water before running sewage through it, just in case there are any problems. FedEx did a great job with the delivery and brought a liftgate truck to drop it off. The shipping got hung up for a while because of a minor clerical issue from the seller, but one phone call to them (their customer service number is available online) got that sorted out quickly.

This is a very well engineered piece and this baby will pump some stools! However, something really needs to be done about the packaging for shipment. The box it came in had taken a good pounding, and the pump had fallen out of its holder slots and was flipping around inside. The plastic "installation protector" was broken in several places too, but I didn't need it. By some miracle of the turd pump gods, nothing was broken inside. The pump and basin really need to be shipped separate, and I would highly suggest you open the box and inspect it upon arrival. The pump is very quiet and it should serve well.

I added two full RV hookups so my parents could live on my property and I have other family members that visit. I am using this as a lift station which has a 4" intake and pumps out through a 2" outflow pipe to the septic tank 200+ feet away. It has been in service for a year now, and I have never had any problems with its operation. Installation was fun because of a high water table and long drop needed - but aside from those considerations, it was very easy...almost plug and play. For my setup, the top of the tank is actually about 12 inches below grade (so the bottom is about 3ft below grade). I have laid a brick ring around the edges of the top and then placed a 'sanitary sewer' manhole cover on top of that for access. I have not needed to access it, as it has worked flawlessly. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a DIY lift station.

Do not allow this pump/tank to be anything but vertical. The pump is very heavy and is not supported inside the tank. If the tank falls over, the weight of the pump will break the fitting at the lid and it is then useless and irreparable. Pay careful attention when accepting package from shipper. Mine was broken in shipping due to falling over. Installed, this is an excellent unit with an easily removable lid for service. Highly recommend getting the extension that sits on top of this unit providing a removable man hole cover. Very quiet and empties tank in seconds.

This is a great pump. Going 10 feet up a retaining wall and then across at least 50 feet away with sewage and pumps like a charm. Easy to install. Dig a hole, lower it down, hook up a 4 inch pipe to inlet and some 2 inch pipes to outlet and plug it in.

The pump really is a pain in the A. Water from toilet flush slow as when the toilet is clocked. Tbh only flushes pee.

Had it for 2yrs and still working great . Cheaper then other places to buy

This is a well built system. The pump is very quiet and fast. The separate removable cover for the float access is very handy. This system has been in use about month and I am pleased with the performance.

great product. So fare 2 years later I have yet to have a single issue
