Bought for my husband who loves going to barbers to cut his hair and he has never done it himself or with my help. But we have decided to give it a go and it worked. For the first time user it takes time to get used to the clipper. Also clipper and trimmer need to be leveled and oiled before use. Also if u r cutting hair at home make sure you watch some videos like we did and it has helped us learn more. Clipper itself is well made, a bit on heavy side but you get used to it, tripper is very sharp good for shaping beard on starting 0 gap on the back of the head. This item is pricey but if you are looking for something that will last and cut hair very well then it's on the same level as wahl! Amazing quality and design.

Very good stuff, can very easily be use for professional salons or for home care. The battery life is not that long as it seems, after a skin fade for example it need to be charged up, but the charging time is usually short. Also, the trimmer needs to be sized on the blades, but is very great you have two options for that.

Appreciate there are mixed reviews out there, and maybe that is yet to come after more months of use. However, after a few weeks, it is great. It cuts like a dream and better than any other trimmer I have had in the past. In these times of lockdown, we have had to do the hair of the entire family and with this it was a dream. It is quite heavy, personally I like that. The charging stand is good, but it is with a normal plug not a bathroom plug. It comes with a bit of oil for blade maintenance and a number of combs for the trimmer.

Typically, for a high-quality trimmer, one might expect to invest at least £100. Considering its price, I believe this trimmer offers reasonable value. Returning this item was really complicated. I purchased this item just a week ago, but upon inspecting the clipper, I realized it doesn't perform the function expected of a clipper. Immediately, I sought to return it. It's surprising that the only available return method involves waiting at home for a UPS officer to bring the label and collect it. Then I found returning label (barcode) in my post box, with no extra information. Despite waiting for three days, no one arrived for the pickup. After contacting Amazon’s customer service, I was advised that this is the sole return option available. Despite my willingness to drop it off elsewhere, I was advised to wait more. Long story short, after checking UPS company's website I found several UPS drop off around me.

Great clippers especially the full size 1. The small 1 doesn't cut perfectly and has needed a little blade tweaking so it cuts OK but not good for lining in(which is what it's made for) I'm a professional barber so larger clipper is perfect for work.

Bought this machine last year October. It was slow in start and now completely stopped working. First it was getting hot while Cutting hair, also battery power too weak. Heavy to use, only good thing is less noise.

I haven't tried hair cutting with them yet but straight out of the box they look pristine, I was worried as they were 55% off when I ordered that they would be dodgy but nope and to the reviews saying they came already used, I'm telling you now these are brand new, not a mark on them and a really good quality, weight, the sound is quite quiet compared to clippers I use on myself at home, very pleased to be adding these to my barbering kit for college and as my first pair of professional Lvl ones I'm beyond happy
