Q: The front lighting can be disable or it needs to turn on together with the music? Thanks in Advance.

After five minutes the music fades, lights dim, and baby drifts to sleep ... Includes 8 lullabies and power/volume control for quiet play; however, the light itself cannot be turned off completely.

Q: What themes are played by this toy ?

Beethoven's Ode to Joy, Pachelbel's Canon, etc. With bubbly water sounds on top of them.

Q: Is the blue sea horse the older version which requires 3 batteries or the newer version that requires 2 batteries?

I believe the only version they sell now is the 2 battery one. I recently had to replace our old one because it quit working. It was the 3 battery version and was 7 years old. We never had any problems with it v and I didn't know there was an issue until I went to find a replacement.
