First off the glass is amazing! At first they sent the incorrect glass… but the customer service had the new one out the next day. They were so nice to deal with and the product is fantastic!

These arrived SO FAST! Great condition and packaging. The etching is clean and clear. I love how much was customizable. I got one for me and one for my hubby. We have a local micro brewery we go to one or twice a month as a date night. We know all the owners and staff from when they opened. If you are cool wnoythey will let you bring in a personal 16oz glass. My hubby, ever the blind one to his own awesomeness, never thought he was cool enough to bring in a glass. So made him one that says "cool club member" and some other silly things that are very him. I am sitting at the bar waiting for him to get out of work. I'm excited, the staff are excited, and the owner won't stop checking on to see if he arrived yet. This was the best gift idea I have had in a long time. Thanks for making it easy!

My only wish was that the writing were in another color so it is easier to read what it says, otherwise very happy with the purchase

I ordered two pint glasses for my husband for his birthday. They arrived within a week of ordering them. I am so pleased with the outcome. They are beautiful!!! I will buy from them again for sure.

It was beautifully etched into the glass, higher quality that expected, we'll packaged and glass is nice and thick as well. More font options would have been great, but the one we settled for looks really nice. You should offer a few different options in glassware styles as well. This was a gift for a friend and it sure will turn heads. Very well packaged for shipping.
