I struggled for so long trying to find a gift for my friend who absolutely LOVES hippos. Yes, there's stuffed animals, but this pot planter can be used as just that, or MORE. Pen holder? Yes. Cooking utensils holder? Yes. Snack storage? You betcha. Place to put keys? Yup. Desperate last dish to drink out of? Sure... It's adorable, durable, a great size for its price, and just a lovely gift (even if you don't like hippos).

I purchased this planter as a gift for my friend. I actually made it into a candle by plugging up the drain hole. It was so cute and my friend loved it! This makes a cute candle holder, but also makes an adorable plant pot.

Very cute planter, but it is very small. I have a Christmas cactus in a 2” planter in it currently. I don’t think it can accommodate anything larger than that, but that is all I intended it for anyway. Happy with this purchase.
