Excellent and easy to quickly purchase from Amazon
Life Extension has been a staple for me for years, and it’s a brand I really trust. I’m glad their supplements are easy to get on Amazon now. The ascorbyl palmitate is excellent since it’s fat-soluble, so it’s the only form of vitamin C I use—I take it daily and increase the dose in winter for extra immune support. The capsules are on the larger side, but still easy to swallow.

This is fat soluble Vitamin C
Good supplement. I take 5 grams of buffered Vitamin C and 800mg of ascorbyl palminate daily. It helps build collagen and is an excellent anti-oxidant.

Excellent if you have a peptic ulcer and can't take ascorbic acid.
