I took my first dose yesterday and so far so good!! With these ingredients I'm confident that #1 Liver Support will do what I anticipate in the end. My only concern is going through harsh detox side effects when I don't have time to rest. So far I feel completely normal and if anything, I feel a favorable physical response. I'll update after a few days. UPDATE: I'Sve been taking this product daily since I first posted. I never had anything resembling a harsh detox. Not only do I feel more energy but I've also noticed a reduction in swelling in my face and ankles- I'm also taking supplements to get rid of Candida and when my liver has had enough, I swell. The firstcweekcIctook the supplement, I got rid of a ton of dead Candida that apparently was clogging my liver. I've noticed that my medications work better, and I guess are being metabolized by my liver whereas before there was just too much congestion. Initially my skin broke out as toxins leave the body through every outlet. It's cleared up and looks better and healthier. This truly is a great product. It cleans your filter, the same way you'd clean air filters or your car's oil filter. It gently does what it claims to do and I can't ask for more. I have noticed that a dull ache I've had in my liver or gall bladder is gone. My skin is clearer and I'm having way less digestive issues. Like someone said, it's not a miracle panacea, but taken daily, it absolutely makes you feel better. I've lost weight which I presume was from swelling. My thinking is clearer and I generally feel better. The fact that I'm buying another bottle says it all. There are cheaper products out there. However, they do not contain all of these ingredients. In fact, most don't even list the ingredients. This supplement lives up to its claims and is worth trying for a month. It's your liver and it's important. 6/5/15.... On my third bottle and see no reason to stop taking this supplement. I continue to feel and look healthier and energized. I had a Candida overgrowth and it's pretty much gone at this point. (I used this along with antifungal treatment for 4 months) The #1 Liver Detox supplement completely curbed Candida die-off reaction. During that time, I was also treating malabsorption. (What my doctor calls "Leaky Gut Syndrome" which was either the cause or an effect of the Candida overgrowth. I did extensive research on the benefits of liver detoxification. This product delivers the right combination of Milk Thistle, Selenium and Turmeric (along with vitamins B12 and C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-acetyl cysteine, and more), which have been found to be beneficial in supporting good liver health. It has the same ingredients as other Liver Detoxifying products but is much more affordable, plus it's made in the USA. The product arrived quickly. It came with an ebook about liver health and a cleansing diet, in case you want to do the full liver cleanse along with taking 2 capsules a day (I take one in the morning and one at night). I just started taking it almost week ago, so far, no unusual side effects, and absolutely no aftertaste. I had chronic early morning sinus headaches (mild), with lots of sinus congestion throughout the day (about 10 tissues daily). The headaches and congestion stopped 2 days after starting this product. It's too early to tell if it's the product working versus something else. It wouldn't surprise me if it's the result of this product, as liver health is tied together with immune support and inflammatory markers. I'll update again when it's closer to the end of one month.

This liver support is a good supplement for me. I’ve not tried one before so I can’t make a very objective judgement. I currently take several supplements and this is one of my biggest pills. You probably should have a good bit of water when taking it. Also, I personally split up the recommended dose of 2, into an AM & a PM regimen. My holistic practitioner had recommended this supplement to help with my blood sugar regulation and hormonal issues.

I have been taking 1Body Liver Support & Detox every day since I received my order on Amazon mid-September. I absolutely love it!! I have lost almost 10 pounds, which is huge for me after logging over 100 miles of running over a 2 month period (June & July) & eating extremely healthy, watching every calorie I consumed over a 2 month period and then GAINING weight...and, no, it wasn’t muscle weight! A friend overheard me chatting about my frustration and this is one of the products that had been recommended to me. I also have more energy and my skin hasn’t experienced the typical dry phase it goes through when the weather changes. I am very pleased and have already made a second purchase of this product. Love it!!

I always read reviews and one thing that concerned me was the concern about NAC or N-acetylcysteine. This is seems like a good add because it is an anecdote for such things as accidental or unintended overdose of Tylenol. It’s also listed on Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer as a protective properties for the liver and to support healthy immune functioning. It also says on their website that it dissolves and loosens mucus caused by some respiratory disorders and has been study for several psychiatric disorders with limited success. Some trials suggest potential to reduce cancer treatment toxicity‘s as well. It does mention that it causes loose stools so maybe I will start with one pill and increase if my body says it’s OK Lol I will update my review after I take it for at least 30 days.
