This pharmaceutical grade multivitamin is packed with a large list of ingredients that exceed the %DV many times over with the exception of a few. Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E are in much larger amount than the recommended %DV. It has Zinc, Biotin, Selenium, Copper, Manganese and Chromium. They threw the kitchen sink into this formula. Read the full ingredient list on the bottle for more ingredients. The bottle came wrapped very well and the seal was perfectly intact. The best part about opening this bottle is that it smells better than anything I've ever smelled out of a supplement bottle. It smells like fresh baked cookies. Very unusual. The tablets are large and should be taken in pairs as you're supposed to take 4 tablets daily so splitting them into two separate doses is ideal. Swallowing the tablets was surprisingly easy with some water. No side effects such as stomach upset or the like occurred. I am glad I'm taking these pills now that its flu season as many of the ingredients included in this formula are known to fight off the cold and flu. The supply for 28 days for the almost $60 price tag makes it a little on the expensive side. But, this is third party tested high quality product that supports immune system, protects the cell, and supports vision and skin health and overall health.

Very good quality vitamins. Very potent, high grade ingredients, and tested. Nutrition is good, labelling is clear, and packaging is quality. These have no smell or taste, and are a standard sized vitamin, easy to swallow. I think the value is good for the quality. My only issue is the recommended dose suggests 4 capsules per day. At the labelled potency, that is substantially higher than other similar vitamins. Suggest reading the label and determine for yourself if 4/day is necessary.

This Previnex multivitamin, mineral, and antioxidant supplement is just what I needed. In addition to the full vitamin and mineral contents, it has Lycopene, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Coenzyme Q10, Bioflavonoids, a mix of Tocophenols. With all the ingredients and nutrients this has it is a great replacement for the supplements I take conveniently taken in a single multivitamin. The recommended intake of of 4 tablets a day, with 112 tablets per bottle, this is enough for 28 days of supplementation. The bottle comes with a double safety seal. Tablets are medium size, they have a faint smell much nicer than other supplements with Vitamin B complex I have taken. No after taste or negative side effects after taking these for a couple weeks. Nice option.

Pill is large so can be tough to swallow, though the ingredient list is good. It did arrive sealed, and the quality seems ok, but the price seems a little out there to me. Maybe wait for it to be discounted?

I love the ingredients in this multivitamin. It's nice to take one dose and have all of these wonderful ingredients. The pill is a little large, however it just takes a little extra water to swallow them for me. They have a sweet smell to them in a slightly sweet taste as well.

The options are to half them or crush them. I halved mine with a pill splitter. Now for the good..there is an impressive array of vitamins and minerals that cover just about everyone’s needs. Quality seems very good.
