I like this product because it has l. Reuteri. This helps with mood regulation. I have a child on the Spectrum that is highly intelligent and high functioning but struggles with emotional regulation and sensory sensitivities. With this strand, he is much more lovey dovey and says “ I love you” to me throughout the day. This brand is easy to mix in with his milk. He doesn’t notice as it doesn’t change the smell, texture nor taste. It is a winner. He also seems to have great immune health with this and hopefully helping with gut permeability.

Good strong probiotics I have certain effects of my body after I take them. This one is a real deal and it proved it by providing those effects. Probiotic labels always recommend you take their product with food. I disagree! I’m a retired alternative health consultant who never sold products to make my money. I simply give enlightenment and offered ways that people could improve their condition. I always recommended that my customers take their probiotic two or three hours after last eating and two or three hours before they would eat again. As a result, if they ate at 7 o’clock at night and went to bed at 10, I’d recommended they take the probiotic at 10 o’clock at night. My rationale is that probiotics are like hungry picnics. If you take the probiotic with food, they start eating the food and they go out with the food goes out. That means they don’t stay in your body and produce more probiotics there. If you take them but no food is passing through, they have a better tendency to hang about and if you will eat foods that feed them and not that bother them, they will reproduce themselves. Of course, it goes without saying (although I’m saying it now –lol) that one should take a course of this stuff. In other words, if you’re really low on probiotics in your body, take it nightly for a month. Just my opinion.

I have this on auto ship it comes every month. It is wonderful for the digestive tract. My family member that uses this has a feeding tube, so has had stomach issues in the past. But after taking this daily for the last few months he has had no stomach issues at all. Would highly recommend this and will continue to use.

I noticed an improvement in my gut issues fairly quickly, I believe it's working for me. The reason for 4 stars were that you need scissors available to open the little pouches, which is inconvenient when you're not at home and that it doesn't dissolve well, I almost always had clumps in the bottom of my glass if I didn't continually stir my drink.

I've bought this before and really like how they seem to update their formula with current research and trends. The batch I received this time is different from my original, but I've liked both versions. This has helped a ton with my digestive issues! I mix it in my protein drink and can't taste it at all, which is perfect. I really love the individual packets - they make it so easy to travel with. The box packaging is also much better for me since I have RA. I still transfer the packets into my original plastic container for daily use, but the individual packets are way easier to handle than scooping powder. **Would I buy again?** Absolutely! Great product that actually works, and the packaging is RA-friendly.
