A protein packed noodle that works well as a carb packed noodle replacement
A great food to enhance protein and potassium intake and limit carbs, fat and cholesterol. I use coconut aminos, sesame oil and ginger with a touch of brown sugar to make a light teriyaki like stir-fry with veggies and lean beef cut very thin like sandwich slices. Some sauces may be tainted by the noodles natural flavor if your taste buds are discerning. Most of the time I cannot tell the difference in flavor. If anything the noodles have an al dente texture when cooked. Not chewy, but will have a firmness that easily breaks down when chewed, unlike what some are use to. It cooks within 5 to 7 minutes in a pot or microwaved in a bowl. Somewhat faster than regular noodles but slower than cup of noodles.

PERFECTION!
Hello 3 g of net carbs! But what's more important here is how much the flavor and texture of these has improved! I tried these years ago and I struggled with them. Now I decided to try them again and am beside myself with how delicious these are! The texture is amazing! The quality is amazing! They are so incredibly good for your health! They have 60% of your daily iron and 25% of your daily calcium plus 44 g of protein per serving! They are incredibly good and incredibly filling! They are the perfect pasta substitute. I don't need to buy another noodle ever again in my life now. I hope I always have these at hand because I really love them and so does my child who is 15 years old and has become quite picky. I'm not only delighted I am absolutely grateful! Thank you for doing so much to improve the quality of these noodles. I highly recommend them to anyone

Delicous, high protein, low-carb pasta substitute!
Love this stuff! I've purchased this probably a dozen times and will continue to do so. *Does it taste like regular pasta? Obviously, no. It is, however delicious, with a chewy texture and great earthy flavor. *Does it hold up to sauces? Yes!!! I've used pesto, marinara, even used it as a base for lo mein. *Does it help with protein consumption? Yes! As a vegetarian, I struggle with getting enough protein in my diet. A bowl of this stuff helps so much! *Is it cost-effective? Yep! I think the price is well worth what you get with this product. Highly recommend this pasta substitute, especially for vegetarians and/or people looking to watch their carbohydrate intake.

My daughter loves these!
I love the high protein, and they are so easy to make. I have made them with a spicy peanut sauce and the whole family has eaten them. My one complaint is the slight aftertaste and the consistency is a little rubbery. My kids love them so it is an overall win!

Delicious and super nutritious
I’m a huge fan of this pasta. It’s an amazing nutritional deal at a reasonable cost. The color and texture are a little different from traditional wheat pasta, but the taste and mouthfeel are still excellent. I wish they made rotini or ziti versions!

Great protein value, on the chewy side
Great way to add protein. The texture is different, a little tougher, more chewy than grains, a matter of personal taste or tradeoff for increased nutritional value. Flavor is neutral.

DO NOT BE SCARED OF THE PROP 65 WARNING!
This pasta is great! It's yummy and hits my macros very easily good for anyone who wants an alternative to regular pasta made from 1 ingredient. They are organic soy beans so you don't have to worry about harmful pesticides as they use naturally derived pesticides. Can be used in pasta salad or regular pasta very well because the flavor is mild so it goes with everything!. On to the arsenic warning California wanted to improve consumer safety so they passed a law saying that all products needed to be tested to prove they didn't cause cancer or else they would be required to have the label. Well, it turns out all that testing is really expensive. So instead of doing the testing, they just slap a label on everything. It's nothing to be worried about! Just research your ingredients before buying something but the likelihood that this will hurt you in anyway or actually contains any arsenic is very very very low!!! They most likely just put the label on it so they wouldn't have to test and still be able to sell it in Cali!

It's pretty much perfect to me
I have tried various substitutes for pasta and while sea tangle does pretty well for Asian foods (with lots of presoaking in salted lemon water), it doesn't cut it for a bowl of actual pasta. This stuff is wonderful. It tastes fairly bland so make sure to salt your boiling water propertly. Way higher in protein and fiber, way lower in carbs. ONE ingredient and that's organic. I've topped it makings as time-consuming as ratatouille and as simple as porcini olive oil with a little parmesan. Also good with a bit of chili crisp and some stir=fried veggies. You name it. It cooks quickly. Great for gluten-sensitive folks; I'm not one of them. And here's my favorite part: This stuff really slurps up the cooking water, so where 2 ounces of dried fettuccine would come out to about a cup, 2 ounces of this is easily 2 cups, maybe more. You feel like you're getting a huge portion of pasta for the calories of a small regular bowl. Highly recommend. Yes, it's more money (but remember you get twice the volume of pasta) but your health is worth it.
