Throughly impressed with the price of the items at time of purchase and subsequent UK delivery from Cosmetic Solutions Inc. based in the USA. Speedy delivery, simple effective packaging with some spillage but you can't win em all! Onto the product..if you're looking to purchase this relaxer at this strength/size then you must already be familiar with it and know what results to expect. For me (thick plentiful Nigerian hair) it's the best formula/strength and I'm happy with results 98% of the time ;). Personally for my hair the best feature of this relaxer (along with deep conditioning) is only having to use it between every 3-5 months.

ce produit m'aide enfin à détendre mon cheveux, pas besoin d'attendre trop longtemps, juste dix minute!! je tire bien avant avec mes doigts ensuite je rince très vite, ce produit est assez fort

Déjà c'est pas 18 kg mais 1.8kg De plus mon produit fait 950 g ou sont passé le reste C'est du n'importe quoi de voler le client!!!! Je ne recommande pas et n'achèterai plus non plus De plus SAV ZÉROS j'ai demàndé une réclamation, j'envoie une tof il me dise que le produit n'est plus dans son état d'origine!!!!!! Bonne de voleur va !!!!!!!!! Passer votre chemin!
