I've been drinking this for years - every once in a while I take a break then go back to it. For anyone with arthritis or any aches and pains from inflammation, cutting out foods you may be allergic to which causes inflammation, taking natural inflavonoids as a supplement and drinking a bottle of this will definitely help reduce if not eliminate those symptoms. It may take the entire bottle (I drink 2x a day in recommended dosage) and possibly a 2nd one but then you will notice one day the pain is gone or greatly reduced. A definite in one's natural medicine bag of goodies...
