Rhode Island Novelty 5.5 Inch Mini Tambourines, Pack of 12 Assorted

These arrived individually packaged and in a nice variety of colors- I was really happy with them overall. I bought these for a party for adults, so I was less concerned about the potential for sharp edges or poor construction that others had mentioned. I did not notice any sharp edges, but one did break mid-clap and sent tiny tambourine pieces flying everywhere. For the price, one broken out of twelve is worth it in my book!

My intention was to order from a different company but after the price hike up . I ordered these tambourines...Great deal!!. arrived perfectly on time. I had time to decorate each tambourine for each child. I love that it was simple colors made decorating easy for boys and girls. I read the reviews so I was prepared to do some repairs or discard a few, but to my benefit I had to do no repairs not one fell apart . The only draw back was I needed to trim a few plastic edges that wasn't removed during processing...

These were perfect for my friends birthday. We gave them to everyone in the restaurant and we all had so much fun singing happy birthday. no defects, I am sure they wouldn't last to play in a band for weeks, but for a one day celebration - they were great.

Several broke although I expected that from other reviews. Consider it like a cheap toy and buy more than you need for when they break

These are very cheaply made and there are sharp plastic pieces sticking out of where the child is supposed to hit the tambourine. I had read that in a precious review but was in a bind for goodie bags for my daughters music themed birthday party so I went ahead and purchased anyway. They serves their purpose of being a musical treat in the goodie bags but they are very poorly made and the sharp pieces are rather unacceptable in a children's toy as I imagine the manufacturer must be aware since it's clearly an issue of the product and not a bad batch. Had I more time for the goodie bags, i would have chosen somethimg else.

For the price, they are fine. Most of the broke within the first few hits. Fun party favor but also you know they won't be a long term thing.

These tambourines are a good item to purchase for any theatrical event. They held up real good and worth the money
