RIDGID 32975 Model 103 Close Quarters Tubing Cutter, 1/8-inch to 5/8-inch Tube Cutter , Silver , Small

Rigid 32975 tubing cutter works well and is easy to use. I cut 3/8 and 1/4 tubing easily and in tight spaces. The cutter can be used with one hand. The blade is sharp and the cutter seems to be durable but I will need to use it more to truly determine its durability.

Tiny and compact model of a tubing cutter can still get through steel easily.

i was skeptical of the smallest model cutting stainless steel line coming off my internal slave cylinder on my 93 wrangler yj. it performed well and made a good cut. it did take a while with several rotations but did the job in my very tight space. i dont see it lasting long for more stainless steel cuts. i practiced on old part and once on new part. i had one chance to get it right, and this tool worked as should. very handy tool for tight spaces

This compact size worked great in a very tight space beneath a kitchen sink with two copper pipes in very close proximity to one another. The cutting of the pipe took about 6 revolutions or less, while tightening down the blade upon each revolution. The cuts were clean and smooth, although some deburring is necessary and this tool does not have a deburring attachment. Great product, did what it needed to do, cheap cost, durable product and is now another welcome addition to my ever growing tool collection.

Very pleased. Compact and solid body. Cuts through pipe very well. Used to cut a piece of steel pipe for a dipstick tube.

I bought this part to cut the brake lines on my vehicle as part of a big DIY brake repair job, and it worked great, saving me many hundreds of dollars.

Good for HVAC if you're diy and looking for a cutter for house pipes go for the bigger model

For a pocket sized (or tool-bag sized) pipe cutter this is nice. There are cheaper options but take my advice and don't buy them. Most of them I have tried couldn't efficiently cut a straw, let alone a pipe. Keep in mind this is for your DIY folks or hobbyists. It's not industrial grade so don't buy this thinking you can use it on all the copper pipe you'll need to plumb in your new home addition. It's not made for that kind of use but if you need to cut a pipe made of thin softer metal (copper, brass, etc) once in a while then this will do just fine.
