If you have any kind of leg cramps, YOU NEED MAGNESIUM!!! I had horrific leg cramps in my inner thighs, outer thighs and calves that would make me scream out loud in pain. Did some investigating and Magnesium will stop leg cramps. You can find it in Pickle Juice but taking the 500 mg caps will relieve you of all leg cramps if you take enough. I take between 1600 and 2000 mg per day. No more leg cramps. It's a Godsend. Checked with my Dr. about this and he said, yes, you can take up to 2000 mg of magnesium per day.
