This is a wonderful product! I have used it for years and you cant get eddicted to it but you sleep so sound with no side effects. I have endorsed it to many of my family memebers and friends over the years.

I was skeptical my sister in law told me about it. It does calm me down with just one tablet sometimes 2 x per day. I do not use for sleep. I passed a bottle to my daughter and they calm her also however they do not help her sleep.

I discovered Calms when I was on a trip in 1976. I couldn't sleep and I found them in a health food store. They worked then and they work now. 50 years! I don't have daytime anxiety, so I use 2 0r 3 tablets for sleep when necessary. Unlike chemicals like diphenhydramine or benzodiazepines there is no drug hangover the next day.

Excellent. I use two for stress and 3 to help sleep. Take it to work, calms nerves!
