best massager ever, helps with chronic pain and sciatica, promotes rest and sleep, actually helps to breakdown stubborn fat
This is the best purchase I have ever made for back and neck pain! I have bought moist heat pads, inversion table, lumbar braces, etc, but this is by far the best item for relieving discomfort. I noticed at a chiropractor recently that I had immediate muscle relief when he used a similar item to break up the fascia and allow healing, releasing the bound up energy in areas that have been spasmed for long time. I researched many products and decided upon this one for many reasons:1. it has multiple twin head covers, soft, hard and if removed the knobs have heat control!2, it is long enough for me to use on my own back and neck with a looped handle that other massagers do not have3. The knobs have accordion like connection that allows for movement flow vs only one positionI started using this every night on my buttocks and hips and sides and obtained so much relief that it was unbelievable!!!Then I remembered how in the 60s people used stand up massagers with belts that jiggled fat and marketed it as weight loss item instead of exercising. In some cases this type of movement helps to lose weight and tone areas because it again breaks up the tight bonds between fascia and muscle and fat, allowing fat to be broken down and used as energy. That type of fat that is hard to get rid of is on thighs and buttocks in women as is hard and yellow. It is the type that women pay big dollars to have removed by liposuction because it is difficult to get rid of in general.I started using the massager on the front of my thighs and noticed a change in the contour as the massager released the hard fat from the muscle which encourages its use as energy through metabolism. I lost weight too! Five pounds so far and have not changed anything wlse in my world. Five pounds of fat is a large volume! Not likel five pounds of muscle which is much smaller. So the funky chunky wrinkles in my thighs from hard fat are beginning to go away! But the real blessing of this devise is the relief I obtain in my neck and shoulders and upper arms and hips and ribs and legs every night, releieving sciatic pain as the nerve gets released from stubborn muscles and allowing me to rest.I would give it ten stars if I could.I keep it pugged into the outlet next to my bed and use it every night, and sometimes when preparing for the day. It would be great to help men or women to stretch their legs before exercising or playing sports so as to minimize injury...sports players know how important stretching is to their longevity in play.I paid for this item and have received no compensation from the company nor Amazon for this review.

Massager for Sinuses?
I've had my massager for almost 4 years now. Best birthday present ever! When I first got it, I used it to massage my back and feet. The massager is sturdily built, and the vibration is nice and strong. The heat is a pleasant touch. It can get pretty warm, almost uncomfortably so. I still have the covers for the heads, but never use them because I use the heat setting every time I use the massager. The back massage is much more enjoyable if you get someone else to use it on you, but it's nice to have the option for self-massage. Some people complain about the weight of the massager, but I like it.What I'd like to write about is a new use that I stumbled upon. I've been having sinus issues and while looking up info on irrigation, I found an article about using vibration to clear your sinuses. So turned my massager on medium, hit the heat button, placed a folded hand towel over the heads, and laid face-down on it on my bed. I began with the heads over my eyebrows, then just under my eyes, then on each cheek. It's kind of large for my face, but it works amazingly well. The gunk in my sinuses began to break up almost immediately. I did this for 5-10 minutes, and followed with the Neilmed Sinus Rinse. It didn't get it all in one session, but I noticed a marked improvement. This crud has been there for awhile (years), so it would be a miracle to get it all out in one go. I will continue to do this at least once a day and see how long it takes to get it all out. I've been playing around with the intensity, and found that I can handle it on high. YMMV.

Easy to use
First, there is no such thing as a Do Everything handheld massager, so you need to understand that before you purchase one. The next point is, this is a lower cost unit. Really good units that can penetrate deep muscle cost $200 - $300.So, I'm reviewing this for what it IS, not what I CAN DREAM it could possibly be.So, with that all out of the way, this is a unit designed for being OK at working with larger muscle, but very good at smaller muscles. So, excellent for the neck, shoulders, calves, feet. Not so good as thigh muscle if you have meaty legs, and not so good at the back, unless you are average build or smaller. I bought this for my neck and feet, for which is does a good job. My only issue with it is I wish the heads were about 1/4" closer together. The heads would then be spaced correctly for a medium frame person for getting the neck, with one head on either side of the vertebrae, and you are taking the unit up and down the neck, getting the muscles at the back of the neck. However, if they were spaced this way, it could be more problematic for taking up and down the back, once again taking the unit up and down with a head on either side of the vertebrae to get the muscles along the spine, because then the heads may be too close to the spine, and you shouldn't ride these things over bone, especially small bone. Once again though, this isn't a heavy unit, so even if it does ride over the spine, it should still be safe. The other issue is the depth of the heads. I feel they should be about 1/4" longer than they are, so they could penetrate a little bit deeper than they do. I still think they would be safe to use with the neck and feet (for which more powerful units are not). The force that a unit can generate is based on the weight, the depth of which the massager can get to, and the speed of the movement. So with the weight being the same, and the speed being the same, if it could hit a little deeper, I think this unit would be near perfect for a light/medium weight unit.
