I only took one capsule to make sure I didn’t have any stomach issues. I developed an itchy, red rash on both arms. The itch has subsided but arms are still red several hours later.

Worked well although I did notice hair loss while taking this. My stylist said it was coming out at the root but I have thick hair so I didn’t have any major issues. I did grow new hair as well. I bought to help remove metals from my system. I felt better after using this. No GI discomfort.
