I started taking this supplement as an alternative to HRT for hot flashes and other menopause issues. It has been amazing, better than HRT for me without the risks, and instead with many positive side effects such as thicker, healthier hair, stong nails, and less inflammation overall. I have not had a hot flash in years thanks for this supplement.

Flaxseed oil supposedly helps with vision. At age 84, I can still see well. I cannot prove that flaxseed oil is part of the reason. However, it has not hurt.

This is a well made brand of supplements. This is so nice for daily use for inflamation. Start with one a day. Then in a month or so begin two. Nice for body aches.
