Perfect gift keeps drink hot for a few hours

If you weren’t keen on swapping germs with your colleagues before rona, you most likely had your own mug locked away in your office drawer or locker. In the now age of hot desks, hybrid working and companies expecting you to traipse everything, and I mean everything, incessantly back and forth back and forth to work -no more lockers, no more your own desk but more to carry. Your first thought, like me probably was, am I really prepared to carry my mug in the never ending hybrid cycle? But then you panicked at the thought of other options. Let’s face it, the office cupboard cup is likely the Rona’s permanent new home and slowly developing into another vari ant. Forfeiting your much needed caffeine hits won’t get you past 11am then this is the solution you are looking for! It is not as light weight as I expected but I don’t have to worry about it breaking like a China mug and it actually keeps your drink warm with the lid on too unlike a mug! Mine came with a turquoise lid rather than the shown black lid but honestly I’m not mad at it. IT IS NOT LEAK PROOF and nor does Chillys promise this so just be aware that this is not a flask! You cannot fill it with a hot drink, toss it in your bag and expect your bag to stay dry! Before I found Chillys, I had a cheaper stainless steel random brand water bottle but I had to throw it away after a year as the lip began to degrade. I’ve had my Chillys’ water bottles for years and they are still just as I bought them. The water bottles they sell are leakproof if that’s what you need. The toucan design of this mug is beautiful. People will definitely ask you where you got it from!

Lovely chilly cup. Great for the commute to work. Nice colour & size is just perfect. Drink stays hot for several hours & it doesn’t leak. Easy to clean too which is great.

Lovely mug fits in car cup holder, the lid can be a bit fiddly to clean . I haven’t tested how long it keeps drinks hot /cold for. But I have a chillys bottle and that kept hot water hot for ages during a power outage we had in January, I was able to make a cuppa the following morning when filled with hot water the night before. So holding high hopes for this cup !

The quality of the coffee cup is consistently exceptional, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Chilly's products. However, note that this cup does not feature a flip-open lock lid. Personally, I find this more convenient as it eliminates the need to flip the lid each time.

This was a gift and it was very well received. I have one myself and find it easy to hold, easy to clean although the mouth piece does need to be cleaned with a small bottle brush. It couldn’t be cleaned just with soapy water. The cup absolutely keeps my drinks hot. It’s the perfect size for a small coffee at the coffee shop, but you couldn’t fit a medium or large in it. The cup is leak proof in my experience and delivers value for money because they last a long time. I have put this cup in the dishwasher and it is a dishwasher safe.

perfect for the office. Keeps tea/coffee hot for 3+ hours. only thing is that it will leak if you turn it over - which you wouldn't want to do anways.

This has the great technical spec of what I'd expect from Chilly's, keeps drinks hot, doesn't leak (unless tipped as not fully sealed unit) sturdy and easy to clean. However the Emma Bridgemam daffodil design is poorly executed. I used it once, not even been washed and the design is peeling off in chunks! So great cup for coffee just not aesthetically pleasing which is a shame as illustration design is beautiful.
