It's great for individual finger strengthening. If you just squeeze a ball, the strongest fingers can do all the work. It feels durable and you can adjust your finger position to avoid pain while still strengthening the finger. I got red and yellow because some fingers are stronger than others.

I bought this after an injury to my hand and the PT had me use one. This is a light weight version, but good to keep fingers flexible. Keep it by my computer for fidgeting as well.

The button for the index finger does not work

Very helpful with my recovery from a broken wrist, but still a useful little gadget while watching tv.

My OT suggested I use this item to strengthen my finger strength. Received this yesterday and find it remarkable that my left hand finger strength is so much weaker than my right. It’s ‘easy’ enough to use right out of the box.
