We love this sprinkled on plain rice, or as a dipping sauce for all manner of things (and not necessarily Japanese!)

I have been re-order many times! My favorite! Taste just right, not too salty and little sweetness. It goes great with Salmon or dip with grilled beef! I use for hot pot as a dipping sauce, just put little lime and minced garlic and some fresh chopped chilies, Soooo goood!! I definitely recommend to other and will keep buying this!

Yes, this is very expensive calculating the cost per ounce. But the taste of this is worth buying every now and again. The ease of ordering from Amazon makes it a no brainer to me. First, unless you live in a city with a very large Japanese populous it is almost impossible to find in a typical Asian store. Try this one time. You will happy you did.

Jojoen is a famous Yakiniku restaurant in Japan. It was nice seeing this item here. This is good dipping sauce for grilled meats, seafood, and veggies. Because it’s pricey I wouldn’t recommend marinating or basting. Hopefully their green bottle salad dressing which is excellent will be available on Amazon.

Taste like a soy sauce more than bbq. Tried it on chicken pork and beef. No good. Tasted fine on fish and rice though.

Been to Japan for 3 years and we definitely love having yakiniku there. This sauce definitely taste like Japan! I’ve tried almost all yakiniku sauce and this is the best so far! If only it’s not that expensive though. Still, highly recommended! Not so thick and the flavor is on point
