This absolutely works to curb appetite and control cravings. I'm 40 years old, routine exercise, cardio, walking and diet were not working. I kept gaining weight no matter what I changed. I read another review and followed it to the tee. 1 tab of Now Garcinia (twice a day) and 1 tab of Now Diet Support (twice a day). I've only been using this for a week and I already shed 3 lbs. For someone who was stuck in the 190's I am grateful. I cannot wait to see how much more I can lose. I am following a healthy and low carb diet.

Working well for me

I chose this product because it had the highest amount of Garcinia for any supplement in the same price range. I also love Now Food products. I know when I receive their product, it is going to be fresh and high quality. I took this for weight loss and had good results. I do believe my appetite was reduced and my energy levels were certainly up. I had no negative side effects. Unlike prescription medicine for weight loss, I had no anxiety, dizziness, nausea, or any other problems. I always find that a natural supplement is far safer and healthier than a taking a prescription drug. I lost about 4 lbs while taking this bottle.

This is not a miracle pill and it' snot intended to be. The research I did said that those taking garcinia may lose more weight along with diet and exercise than those just dieting and exercising. So, if want a pill to do the work for you then this isn't it. I didn't notice much weight loss myself but maybe I was not dieting and exercising correctly or enough...

I trust this product name everything they make is quality. I’m looking forward to seeing some results with my blood sugar and my weight with these pills.

جاري استخدام الدواء حاليا .. لاحظت قلة في الرغبه بالاكل و الاحساس بالشبع بسرعة.. الحبة كبيرة شيئا ما . الكمية جيدة .. السعر منخفض مقارنة بالصيدليات . التوصيل سريع . ممكن تلاقونه ارخص ببعض المواقع لكن يتأخر التوصيل لانه بكون من امريكا .. بس فرق السعر ليس كبير. المنتج اصلي . طريقتي في استخدامه حبة واحده صباحا قبل وجبة الفطور اظن كافيه .. الى الان ليس هنالك اي اعراض جانبية. انصح بهذا المنتج

錠剤は、一般的な物とは、違い大きいですが、１錠ずつなら呑み込めます。食事の30分前が良いらしいのですが、なかなか難しい。食前になってしまいますが続けてみます。
